Strong experience on mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, TSO/ISPF, DB2 Stored procedures, SORT, SPUFI, QMF, IBM Scripting, MQ series.
- Data Manipulation tools such as INSYCN for Files and INSYNC for DB2 tables, IBM load utilities for data synchronisation.
- ADE Workbench and SCLM for code management and maintenance.
- Experience in handling the production releases and pre and post production support activities.
- Knowledge of service now, work request, release ticket and change ticket.
- Production support experience and issue fixing, understanding of SLA.
- Good to have experience on Offering system (offering configuration, state approval, viewing), Rules Maintenance system.
- Working experience in advanced tables, AFP/PDF output creation.
- Understanding and prior use of Boolean and conditional logic
- Develop complex test plans to verify logic of new or modified logic
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create requirement analysis, physical and logical design specifications, development and testing of Dialogue code and/or application components. Translate functional specifications into technical specifications.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with team members
