We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The role involves working closely with the Web Solutions Architect to deliver web enhancements, custom components, front-end improvements, and platform upgrades.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Develop, enhance, and maintain websites and applications using AEM
• Collaborate with the Web Solutions Architect to implement queued web enhancements
• Build and customize AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows
• Implement front-end enhancements using modern UI frameworks
• Support platform upgrades including Java upgrades, React enablement, and accessibility initiatives
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to AEM standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related application issues
• Participate in code reviews and follow secure, scalable development practices
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
• 5–10 years of experience in AEM development (AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service)
• Strong knowledge of AEM Sites, Sling Models, OSGi, components, and templates
• Strong Java expertise
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Front-end exposure with React.js and integration with AEM
• Experience with AEM platform upgrades and migrations
• Good understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG / ADA)
• Experience with Maven, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service
• Exposure to SPA Editor and Headless AEM
• Knowledge of AEM performance optimization and security best practices
