𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-Time

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Domestic Recruiters with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for India-based hiring. The ideal candidate should be confident in sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions across multiple domains within defined timelines.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for domestic requirements
• Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media & referrals
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist profiles based on job requirements
• Coordinate telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews
• Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and daily recruitment reports
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures
• Maintain strong follow-ups and meet hiring targets consistently

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
• 2–3 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment
• Strong understanding of the Indian job market
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• IT hiring experience is a strong plus
