Must have skills :
7+ yrs of experience as a Product Manager.
Working with multiple stakeholders, getting the requirements done for the project.
Should be familiar with JIRA and how to write user stories.
Someone who had experience working with UX design would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities :
7+ years as Product Manager
Preferable BE/B-Tech engineering degree, or MBA but not a must.
Strong Stakeholder Management – Excellent cross-functional skills and ability to set, manage and respond to stakeholder expectations.
Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and drive features and backlogs
Technical Depth – The ability to independently analyze complex technology and dive into details to formulate a point of view on the effort, risk and complexity of creating, adopting and managing technology you will make a real and direct impact to customers (developers) Fast-paced and collaborative team working on cutting edge Fintech technologies and products High level of autonomy to craft product strategy and deliver developer experiences
