Automation design, code reviews, exception handling
API workflows, SQL & integration patterns

Lead & mentor the RPA Engineering team
Oversee end-to-end automation delivery
Manage sprints, releases, and technical escalations
Ensure best practices, governance, and scalable design
Collaborate with Product Owners & BAs on automation roadmap
