𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:
We are hiring a skilled RPA Team Lead / Technical Lead to guide an engineering team in delivering high-quality automation solutions for mortgage operations. The ideal candidate will lead developers, manage Agile execution, and ensure scalable, secure, and efficient automation delivery.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Lead & mentor RPA engineers; ensure quality delivery
• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies & sprint planning
• Oversee automation development (UiPath, Power Automate, APIs)
• Collaborate with Product Owners & BAs to refine automation requirements
• Review design, code, documentation & ensure governance compliance
• Handle technical escalations & architectural decisions
• Drive reusable components, standardization & best practices
• Manage release cycles, change control & environment readiness
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• 5-7+ years of RPA development (UiPath / Power Automate)
• Experience leading engineering teams in Agile/Scrum
• Strong understanding of automation best practices & exception handling
• Good knowledge of APIs, SQL, workflows & integration patterns
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
