Job Description

Provide reliable and exceptional support to our user base for ERP (SAP S/4 HANA, BW and other SAP systems) Be responsible for daily operational activities like troubleshooting, error handling, password resets, OSS messages, user IDs and fixing/adjusting SAP Roles Complete process documentation and quick user guides

Desired Candidate Profile

Expert in understanding, analyzing, and testing the IT general controls (ITGC) in areas including operations, change management and logical security across ERP (SAP) and Non-ERP applications.
Good Exposure of ERP Technology, Concept & Methodology.
Design, Build and Implement security roles to help address the client access requirements including segregation of duty (SoD) controls.
Responsible for requirement gathering, design and build activities for the module
Involved in creation of test scripts, test execution and assisting users for user acceptance testing
Must have effective communication skills which the incumbent should use in clearly articulating the functional process knowledge to the business community.
Excellent training, presentation, and organizational skills

Ability to independently prioritize and complete tasks in a structured manner
Strong ability to interface and cultivate good working relationships across departments
Strong problem solving and analysis skills

Manage SAP security Users and Roles spanning all relevant SAP technologies.
Manage SAP GRC 12 Access Control and Process Control functions
Partner with business units and Internal Audit to ensure proper separation of duties among roles and responsibilities set per role and environment. Remediate as required.
Maintain documentation on Roles, GRC, Fiori and separation of duties.
Assist with IT audit functions relating to identity and access management.
Manage SAP systems alignment with appropriate IT security and compliance controls.
Lead compliance activities and remediation efforts with SAP focused initiatives.
Documentation updates including SOPs, Work Instructions and Knowledge articles
Partner with other IT Teams to maintain regulatory compliance for SAP GRC
Manage deliverable from support teams and contractors
This position may require up to 50% hands-on SAP Security work.
Minimum one year of recent professional experience preferably in any of the following areas: SAP audit, SAP security design/re-design, SAP GRC implementation, IT Audit, Internal Audit, General IT Security or Internal Controls
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university preferred
Prefer hands-on SAP GRC and security implementation and/or effective SAP audit experience, ideal candidate will have both; exposure to SAP GRC
Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
Ability to travel as necessary
